iOS widgets

Glanceable money tiles for the iOS home screen. Each one shows a single number and a quick read: spending, bills, income by source, card rewards, recent transactions. Light and dark, small and wide.

Designed in Figma, prototyped in code. Most shipped into the iOS app at Credit Karma.

What I learned

Tiny canvases force you to pick the one thing that matters. Cutting the second line of text more than doubled read speed in hallway tests. Less type, more contrast, one job per tile. The wide format earns its room only when a second data point (a trend, a list, a gauge) actually helps the glance.
