What it’s like to work with me.

Jason was the first designer to ship code he wrote with Claude Code to production. He navigated repo access, found and changed the right code, and submitted a pull request that was reviewed and shipped, making it easier for the designers who followed.

Jason’s craft and storytelling skills are unmatched, and his mastery of the discipline raises all boats: other designers, managers, and directors benefit from working with him. He is unquestionably our AI expert, an expertise he developed entirely on his own.

The speed at which he operates is incredible. He did not simply design the immediate requirements… he simultaneously partnered with me to conceptualize and design the ‘North Star’ experiences.

He can define a larger product vision, then stay close enough to the craft to make every workflow feel considered and coherent. He starts projects in working prototypes rather than Figma: his cashflow work was built entirely in Cursor and Claude Code, wrapped in a native iOS app, and distributed via TestFlight to demo on teammates’ phones.
